Obituary

Mr. Wilfred Cody Gregory, age 84 of Cottontown, TN, went on to be the with the Lord on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, TN. Mr. Gregory was born August 20, 1936 in Russellville, KY the son of the late Leslie and Eula Law Gregory.

Mr. Gregory is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Norma Faye Hall Gregory. Two sons, Anthony Gregory (Robin Sylvia) of Chapmansboro, TN and Jeff Gregory (Chanda) of Oak Grove, TN. A granddaughter Haleigh Gregory of Cottontown, TN along with two grandsons Bradley Gregory (Allie) and Brycen Gregory (Anna) both of Oak Grove, TN. 

Along with his parents, Mr. Gregory was preceded in death by his grandson Travis Gregory, two brothers Vernon and Tom Gregory and a sister Alice Fay Finn all of Franklin, KY.

Cody was a member of Halltown General Baptist Church for 48 years where he served as a deacon for 23 years. He retired from Lenk Manufacturing and Precision Industry. He was a devoted husband and father who loved his Lord and family with all his heart. He will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, February 12, 2021 at Halltown General Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Restlawn Memory Garden. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday and from 9:00 AM until service time Friday at Halltown General Baptist Church. The family has requested masks to be worn while attending the visitation or funeral.
