Mr. Wesley Stephen Burysek, age 91 of Portland, TN, died Saturday, August 29, 2020 in Portland, TN. Mr. Burysek was born June 9, 1929 in Robertson County, TN the son of the late Adolph and Lilly Burysek.

Mr. Burysek is survived by two sons, Jeff Burysek of Portland, TN and Bruce Burysek (Coral) of Hendersonville, TN. Two daughters, Tammy Morton (John) of Blountville, TN and Laurie Gloyd (Richie) of Russellville, KY. Two step-sons, Don Allen (Frances) of Hendersonville, TN and Eddie Allen (Pam) of Portland, TN. One step-daughter, Christy Henson (Larry) of Portland, TN. Two adopted daughters, Tasha Sloan (Ken) an Kathy Spencer (Jamie) both of Portland, TN. 28 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Along with his parents, Mr. Burysek was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn. Two sons, Dennis and Tommy Burysek. Two sisters, Ruth Mathias and Esther Butler. Three brothers, Robert, Albert and William Burysek. Wesley was a member of Victory Fellowship Church in Portland, TN.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, August 31, 2020 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Portland, TN. Burial will follow at Immanuel Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until service time Monday at Gilbert Funeral Home.
