Mr. Ricky Lynn Harper age 55, of Portland, TN died Saturday, October 9, 2021 at the TriStar ER in Portland, TN. Mr. Harper was born May 2, 1966 in Nashville, TN the son of the late Edward Lee Harper.

Mr. Harper is survived by his mother Rebecca Harper of Madison, TN. A son Shane Hettiger of Carthage, TN. Two daughters Christy Lewis of Oregon and Kayla Norman of Manchester, TN. A brother Michael Harper of Austin, TX. A sister Rebecca Anderson of Portland, TN along with several grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday October 13, 2021 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Portland, TN. The family has chosen cremation following the visitation on Wednesday. Gilbert Funeral Home in honored to be entrusted with the arrangements for the Harper family.
