Ms. Lola Mae Clendenning, age 76 of Nashville, TN died Monday, April 20, 2020 at Hillcrest Healthcare in Ashland City, TN. Ms. Clendenning was born January 12, 1944 in Bowling Green, KY the daughter of the late Katherine Stevens. Ms. Clendenning is survived by two sons, Roger Clendenning of Hendersonville, TN and Robert Clendenning of Ashland City, TN. A daughter, April Isenhower of Henderson, KY. A brother, James Espie of Nashville, TN. Two sisters, Vickie Stevens of Ashland, TN and Deborah Bennett of Nashville, TN along with several grandchildren. Ms. Clendenning was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Claendenning Sr., a son William L. Clendenning Jr and a brother, Ronnie Stevens. Graveside services will be held 12:00 PM Thursday, April 7, 2020 at Maple Hill Cemetery in Portland, TN. There will be no visitation. Gilbert Funeral Home is honored to be in charge of arrangements for the Clendenning family.
