Mrs. Cynthia C. Lawson, age 48 of Portland, TN died Monday, June 15, 2020 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Mrs. Lawson was born April 11, 1972 in Geneva, AL. Mrs. Lawson is survived by two daughters, Kelly N. Taylor and Kiara Dixon both of Portland, TN. A son, James Allen Camplin of Bowling Green, KY formerly of Portland, TN. Her mother, Carol Mull of Portland, TN and her father, Clyde Hornsby of Geneva, AL. Two brothers, Leon Mull of Adolphus, KY and Mark Hornsby of Ashland City, TN and a sister, Connie Hoskins of Portland, TN. Five grandchildren; Emmy Taylor, Milly Key, Sailor Camplin, Haven Key and Easton Taylor. Cynthia was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Lawson. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Portland, TN. The family has chosen cremation following the visitation on Wednesday.
