Mr. Joe Bandy Allen, age 62 of Portland, TN died Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at TriStar ER in Portland, TN. Mr. Allen was born January 29, 1959 in Gainsboro, TN the son of the late Jim Bandy and Doris Willowdean Allen.

Mr. Allen is survived by four daughters; Jennifer Allen-Ratz (Thomas) of Hendersonville, TN, Jenny Greer of Portland, TN, Juanita David (Damien) of Franklin, KY and Faye Davis of Franklin, KY. 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Joe worked at Reubinsville Farmers Feed Mill in Portland, TN for over 40 years.

Graveside services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, March 20, 2021 at McKendree Church Cemetery in Franklin, KY. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Friday at Gilbert Funeral Home in Portland, TN. The family has requested in lieu of flowers, donations be made to McKendree Church Cemetery ℅ LB Travelstead 941 McKendree Chapel Loop Rd. Franklin, KY 42134.
