Mrs. Evelyn White, age 89 of Portland, TN died Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Celina Health and Rehab in Celina, TN. Mrs. White was born December 21, 1931 in Coopertown, TN the daughter of the late Will Farmer Teasley and Grace Murphy Teasley.

Mrs. White is survived by her four children, Angela Funkhouser (Eric) of Murfreesboro, TN, Jan Morrow (David) of Mt. Juliet, TN, Dean Gibson (Janet) of Lafayette, TN and Kent White (Gretchen of Nashville, TN. Six grandchildren; Bryce Gibson, Alex Alcorn (Sherry), Benjamin Morrow, Keith Morrow (Michelle), Landis White and Kirstie White. Seven great grandchildren and her two sisters, Teady Teasley Justice and Betty Teasley Potts.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Maple Hill Cemetery in Portland, TN. There will be no visitation prior to the graveside service. The family request inline of flowers, donations be made to the Fountain Head Church of Christ, 290 Fountain Head Rd. Portland, TN 37148. Donations should be designated for the World Bible School in Honor of Evelyn White.
