Mr. Clayton Cody Jones age 35 of Joelton, TN formerly of Portland, TN, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Summit Medical Center in Hermitage, TN. Mr. Jones was born January 8, 1986 in Nashville, TN the son of the late Donna Lynn Hunt and uncle to the late Jacob Braeden Collins.

Cody is survived by his father Clay Jones (Teresa). Two sons Daymien Camplin of Hendersonville, TN and Drew Jones of Joelton, TN. Two daughters Piper Rose Jones and Paisley Skye Jones both of Fayetteville, TN. Two sisters Angie Tubbs (Nathan) of Joelton, TN and Kasey Jones of Shelbyville, TN. A bonus brother Austin Hunt of Sparta, TN and his nephew Bailey Collins along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

The family has chosen cremation. There will be a celebration of Cody’s life held a later date. Gilbert Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements for the Jones family.
