Mr. Charles E. Brown age 71 of Portland, TN died Saturday, July 17, 2021 at his home in Portland, TN. Mr. Brown was born December 27, 1949 in Hendersonville, TN the son of the late John E. And Eura Brown.

Mr. Brown is survived by two sisters Patty Seay of Portland, TN and Lou Hall (Dale) of Cross Plains, TN along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Along with his parents, Charles was preceded in death by two brothers James M. Brown and John E. Brown and two sisters Sue Ann Davidson and Lena May Neece.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday July 24, 2021 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Portland, TN. Burial will follow at Jake Link Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until service time Saturday at Gilbert Funeral Home.
